My team had 3 33s two hunters and a warlock. we went over to the left side of the room and had one person on adds and call outs for Knights an wizard while me and another person laid into urrox or whatever his name is with black hammers. If any Knights or wizards got antsy we'd just melt them with heavies. when he starts the flame we threw trip mines and solar granades on the stairs leading up and used triple jumps a the higher sunsinger jump to stay off the ground as long as possible once you hit the ground just do it again it only last 10 seconds. rinse and repeat. That's what we did anyways. Every now and then he'll teleport someone across the room just run back over.
We went all the way to the left and crowded around the red barrel-like thing. We would pop out and shoot the boss as much as we could. Whenever the boss would summon his rage, our Titan would pop his bubble and we would jump out of the top and then back into the bubble so that we would only lose the extra blue health. Keep doing this until his rage ends (the ceiling should protect you from being shot while you jump). Immediately after rage ended, our Hunter made orbs for our Titan to build his bubble back up for the next run. Rinse and repeat. I used Fatebringer, Black Hammer, and Gjallerhorn. Good luck!!!
Note: If you don't have a bubble Titan, try to jump up and down the staircase and find ways to increase your air time as much as possible. Having a self-res Warlock also helps save from a wipe too.
Blessings of light bubble and a lot of jumping or if you a warlock sunsinger put the angle of light perk on and aim down sights in a little corner haha
