The PROPER Chest Etiquette
EDIT: after all the cyber bullying of me in this thread, I have decided to kill myself. Thank you for your time. I blame my upbringing. I was taught to always do the right thing, even if it meant being persecuted, but I now see the error of my ways. rip.
I understand that the community as a whole has been abusing game mechanics to get ahead. I have been doing my part to prevent this, and I hope you will all do the right thing and join me on my quest to end this sickening abuse.
Here is how you can help in ending this problem:
DON'T GLITCH YOURSELF! There is no point to glitching as you can only get one key per chest. Also, how can you live with yourself knowing you cheated to get ahead in this game? Cheating doesn't get you ahead in real life.

Edit: since so many people seem to have missed the point: if you kill yourself on the chest, people can't open it. The option to revive you overrides it. You can use this to prevent filthy cheaters from cheating.
Edit: steel jets can't melt fuel beams.

By blocking players from getting to the chest, you are effectively ruining their gameplay experience. Which IS a violation. Now obviously you aren't going to get banned, it's the same as when the loot cave was around and people were standing inside keeping the hive from spawning. It's not a big enough offense to warrant any kind of ban (though it should be for how much of an imbecile you are), but don't get on here preaching your nonsense about players cheating like you're some kind of righteous saint. Your actions ruin others' experience plain and simple, therefor violating the code of conduct all the while the players that are getting the chest multiple times are doing nothing wrong and simply using mechanics that are present in the game. Nobody is modding or hacking. Besides this doesn't even effect you, but I suppose you're the just the type that likes to complain. Hypocrite. And no don't ask me to link the source, go find it yourself, lazy.
