Max possible stats for armor

So, can anyone right it down for me quickly, or give a link? I didn't play in a while, so yeah :(

stats as in intellect, discipline and strength? the max armor stat is like, 488 for the chest and 366 for the gauntlets. then the greaves are like 325 or something, also don't know the exact for the helmet; I think it's 425.
