So basically nerf the gun into in usability? I think the best solution to the problem is lowering the DoT damage in PvP to 5. That way it doesn't two shot, but doesn't make the poison completely irrelevant.

Well... it does. Other legendaries handcannons kill with 3 headshots. Why using Thorn then if you still need 3 shots? Better another HC, and keep your exotic slot for special weapon... And that's how Thorn would disappear...

Thorn fires faster, does a lot damage, has long range and very good stability.

but is that worth of an exotic slot? Personnally, I think they shouldn't touch it, but if they should, the only thing they should nerf is the range, a bit.

How is a weapon that is statistically better not worth an exotic slot?

Edited by Eiffiks: 5/13/2015 9:56:47 AMWell that's the whole question. It scores high on four stats. You can get a legendary HC that scores high on 3, also kills with 3 headshots, and frees an exotic slot for a special. It comes down to a matter of preference, apparently we don't have the same :-)
