I've used both and it's all about mida. I'm running with mida with my Titan when he has low agility, and he out runs everyone. Makes you an absolute ninja

Ice breaker has the same agility perk

Mida's [b][i][u]MAIN[/u][/i][/b] perk lets you run super fast, [u][b]and[/b][/u] has the normal agility perk. I've used ice breaker and mida, mida is better(at least for me)
