As a long time gamer that has purchased many of your games over that past 11 years I would call myself a fan.
Unfortunately trying to reach your support team over the last 4 months has changed all that. I am having issues with your game and have made note of it in many of the Help Forums. to date the only response I got was tepid at best and didn't actually address the issue.
I cannot believe that after 4 months and multiple posts you cannot find time to address this issue or even respond to me. This shows a total disregard for my enjoyment of the game. No other company is so callous with their customers.
It is obvious from your lack of action that I as a customer mean nothing to you and so I feel it is my obligation as a former fan to let you know that I will no longer support you or purchase your products. I will also make sure to discuss your poor customer service at any opportunity and hold your company up as an example of "what not to do if you want repeat customers".

Game coding takes time. Stop expecting immediate result upon 24 hours of your reports, also keep in mind that whiny complaints such as this is what keeps people with bug reports from reaching out to Bungie.
