But why would you ever want to use this? It's a max RoF weapon (which is bad). It has a 15 round clip, but 15 rounds is about how many shots it takes to down a guardian with a max RoF auto rifle.
It's basically just a horribly nerfed primary. Necrochasm would be a more useful gun.

I feel that your argument is all based on the impact stat. Have you seen how low of an impact stat snipers have? Also 1 shot of VD does more damage than 1 shot of Fang of Ir Yut

take into consideration that it is its own weapon class, and its a secondary. which means its standard impact is actually higher then that of a primary. it may have low impact for its weapon type, but maybe that weapon type has a base high damage

It could be good. It just was max ROF for it's weapon class.
