Then why aren't we allowed to customize them that should be available you get new armor you want your ghost matching as well

Currently the only way to customize the ghost is with the frontier shell. It is unknown if other ghost shells will be available in the future. If you want something other than the standard white ghost, go buy a special edition of the game. Or attempt to find a code for the frontier shell on eBay (not recommended).
