Faction gear lvl 32?
Will fully upgrading my dead orbit helm, gauntlets and boots along with the armamentarium get me to level 32 or even level 31? Or do I need to buy new armour?

As of right now, it will get you to level 31. Until HoW drops, the only way to hit 32 will be to obtain raid gear (and iron banner gear but the next one won't be until after the expansion drops).
