Either the vex side sends you and the Kabr side (fighting against his vex mind) sends the relic after you to give you a fighting chance out of there, or the other way around (Vex side send relic and Kabr sends you after it). Also, the Times Vengeance could also be Kabr giving you a boost to kill him. Taking out the Oracles could loosen the Vex grip on his mind just enough to empower you to kill him. I've had some interesting thoughts on if A the on was Kabr.
