Question to low level people playing Iron Banner
WHAT ARE YOU THINKING???? Seriously I've been seeing level 26's playing. Why? Why would you do that to yourself and team mates? GTFO
EDIT: I understand it's because they want the loot, but thing is you can get much better armor by taking 25-30 mins in one day to run The Crota raid. Also, I understand not everyone has buddies to run the raids, but I'm sure there are people willing to help low levels through a raid. I know that because I've done it with one buddy multiple times to help others.

6 RepliesThe IB has the level advantage disabled just like the crucible, I ran a low level through it a few times, even though I don't pvp much, I was killing people of all kinds of levels. So yes for example a 24 with let's say a hard light has the same chance at killing a 32 that has a hard light also.

This week I played as a lvl 27 hunter. When I hit rank 5 I was lvl 31. Its not hard.

I started this iron banner as 28, smashed it and picked up the gear now I can near enough max out once I get things upgraded

Randoms are the reason I play as a 6 man team. 1. Cus the low levels 2. Because of the people who cap A on Shores and Blind Watch, C on Firebase, etc 3. The people who suck

Well yesterday i had this lvl 11 in my team,he didnt end up with loads of kills. But we still won. Its not like 1 low lvl makes a instant lose?

Did go go rank four in just a few hours with my lvl 28 titan. If u have 331 weapons it's no problem.

Everybody was showing up as ??? and one of the enemies tanked all three of his Golden Gun shots. He did, however, score higher than their lowest and he had no kills. This was because we would hold off on capping a point u till he was present and because he kept getting assists. We knew he wouldn't do good, but it was fun as hell to watch the antics. Watched him get chased around the battlefield by an Axion Bolt. It was like a Benny Hill or Scooby Doo episode.

I did it last time as a 27 to get good gear (this was my first hunter) if you have 331 weapons it's not that much of a difference, biggest problem I encountered was blade dancer wouldn't one shot 32s

Last IB I took my level 8 Hunter in for one game, with 5 clan mates ...I did 1 damage. Got 5 assists and we won. wouldn't of done it with randoms though.

I was getting one shoted buy level 29's with murmurs. A level 26 killed me too but I was almost dead so not sure how much damage they do.

5 RepliesSeveral months back I went in to Iron Banner with my (at the time) level 27 Warlock with only a pulse rifle (pre-buff) and a little rare pink fusion rifle. Against a full team of 32's, I single handedly led my team to victory, topping the leaderboard with 36 kills. A few games later I got Mark of the Unbroken. It's the player not the level.
