Edit2: Also, Answer this: Do you think people will stop playing the ToO once they get all the armor/guns that you can get from it? Or will Bungie add weekly incentives (alike Iron Banner) to keep 'em playing?

Plenty of other crucible games with matchmaking. I think it's cool PvP gets its own "endgame" type of content that doesn't match make. It's almost like the raid of the PvP player. It's cool that you can form a group of dedicated players to go up against another group that organized their own team. Why shouldn't people benefit from being able to put a team together? Imagine a 3 on 3 basketball tournament. One side is 3 guys that know each other and have practiced for it. The other side is 3 random people that the MC picked out of the crowd. Why should they even get to be in the tournament?
