No matchmaking for raids makes perfect sense. For ToO, not so much. I mean seriously, it's a hard mode skirmish. Not really much too it.

So you would rather group up with ransoms and most likely get thrashed and if there is matchmaking All the premade teams would easily win get gear and then it will become to common
