I voted no. The reason being it has decent damage already. If you make it a ohk everywhere and not just a ohk headshot, that would be very overpowered. So that rules out a damage buff. Other than that there would be the obvious rate of fire buff. The problem with that is its intended to be a very slow firing weapon because of bolt action. So I don't really see a buff in its future.
