Pretty much, I agree. Most if not all of them are down to pre-orders.

It's killing gaming culture and the way companies treat us as consumers. They can keep pumping out shitty games because of all the guaranteed revenue from the pre orders. Then people complain and buy the DLC to cover the missing parts of the game. It's a vicious cycle and we're losing It's funny because the original purpose was legit: stores would physically run out of copies so if you didn't pre order for big games you'd missed out on them for the first few days.

I remember when pre-ordering was legit and they would run out of physical copies. Now there is no excuse to pre-order. Especially when they insult you again with day one DLC that was more content they cut from the game or early access to something you get anyway so it is worthless. It is a vicious cycle and I have been part of the problem in the past, no more though. Even though they sometimes tempt you, we all have to stay strong vote with our wallets and wait until the games have been released and reviewed independently as possible. TL,DR I agree.
