If you killed Crotas soul how does he come back for the raid?

In the mission "The Wakening", the crystal contains his "physical soul" I guess you could call it, his link unto the real world. With it, the Wakers would have summoned Crota into the Physical world, our world, where he could once again lead his armies against the light. However, we destroyed this crystal, his link to our world, banishing his soul back into his realm. When you breach the light wall in the Crota Raid, you then enter Crota's Realm. You are no longer on the moon, but in a realm in which Crota has created. You then proceed to kill whatever manifestation of him is left in his realm, so he may not regain his power over time to be summoned once again.

There are two theories: 1. his soul is part of him, but it is not literally his soul. It is his minion and like the hand, heart, fist, eyes and will of crota, that is its nickname. It is not literally his soul and he doesn't need to survive with it. He can summon his oversouls instead. 2. The walkers of Crota are attempting to bring Crota back, bring a god, something omnipresent and pure energy and project and image or hologram (something similar to that) into the crystal, and destroying that is only like destroying a piece of him

When we faced Crota in Crotas end we are in the hive underworld and the walkers in the wakening were bringing Crota back to the real world and we went to destroy him in the hive underworld in Crotas end
