I'm really looking for a good way to put this without sounding level-ist...
I was playing with a friend of mine about a month ago, we finished Crota or whatever we were doing, don't exactly remember, a high-level activity. We're in orbit, but before we go to the tower, he switches out all his gear to become a level 23 and then goes to the tower. I laugh and ask him why he did that, and he says "how many random messages and invites do you get a day in the tower as a 32?" I thought about it and it is at least a few, and it is a bit annoying when I'm just going to turn in bounties or do a quick thing, I feel obliged to reply or ask what they're doing... I usually reply simply: destinylfg.com...
I don't really want to level down and carry around green/blue gear as I have a lot of different rolls on raid gear etc and carry multiples of everything on every character all the time.
IMO, an "lfg" board or something in the tower or in-game would be a great addition, but if you're sick of the invites, do what my friend does, and level down. Hell, if the random invites keep coming at the level they typically do, I may join his green gear squad.

Edited by QuiscalusMajor: 4/27/2015 9:44:25 PMi just ignore them now. nine times out of ten it's someone looking to raid or Nightfall, and probably six times out of those nine it's people who want to fart around and chase each other around the tower with the stupid purple ball for half an hour instead of finding more people. i used to feel bad for ignoring them, but now i don't even care. i do what i went there to do and then just leave.
