Hi savagebricks, It's really what works best for you, and your play style. In my opinion, you should go with Light Beyond Nemisis. The perks are quite useful during raids, particularly hard raids with health regeneration upon receiving orbs. Not to mention the fact that raid helmets are not as frequently obtained as other armor types. Hope this helps
