I've stopped using LFG and running raids with randoms that invite me from the tower. They've all seen a video of the raid and think they know it well enough to bark orders and not listen to the experienced players.
Just raid with my mates now, a much nicer experience

Same with me, I've got 3 other friends who are usually on and we just 4 man raids now.
