Pre-order bonuses and Limited edition bonuses do not transfer. You have to get another code for the new console. The Vanguard Armory should be available to everyone though, those are the green weapons which the Vanguard Quartermaster sells.

yeah i thought so, yet they (green weps) dont show up on the ps4 (they do on the ps3)
