It already pisses me off that the Nechrocasm sucks dog ass, but it doesn't even have a gold line around it.
It literally can't even exotic properly.
BTW: Pro tip! Black Hammer will have gold line around it if you had it maxxed out before 1.1 update! :D So feel special if you have a gold line around yours! You a true snowflake MVP.

Mine doesn't! :( It has a white outline for me.

Oh yeah so it does you're right. I've never noticed. My OCD must be getting better. At least it doesn't have the green bar though. Ugh
