6 RepliesEdited by ShadowHunterSL: 4/26/2015 8:52:44 AMThe space marines armor looks heavier and more restrictive (I haven't played the game so I don't know how they move) and master chief us agile and quick so pinning him down would prove difficult. As for weapons from what I see the space marines carry big heavy weapons that cause massive damage as well as huge swords and hammers, the master chief carries light weapons (at most the rocket luncher) that don't restrict movement speed and has the energy sword and gravity hammer. So space marines have the advantage in fire power but not in speed. The master chief as well as other Spartans from his caliber were trained from infancy all they know is war so they react and adapt to any situation, im guessing that the space marines started from their late teens maybe early twenty's and trained hard to get to it. So master chief has more experience and training than the space marines. Now armor, the space marines seem to have thick heavy armor that would be difficult to get through, master chief has heavy armor (but not as thick) as well as an over shield. so the space marines can sit there and take damage while master chief relies on his shield, as soon as that's gone he has to move around to not take much damage. I would like to go farther in to this but I have not played space marine. I'm a reasonable person give me facts about the space marines and I will accept them and analyze this farther

1 ReplyLook, I'm a massive Halo fanboy, and [b][u][i]Halo is by far and away the better and more popular franchise[/i][/u][/b], but Warhammer was made to be OP. Honestly, unless a fight actually happened than we wouldn't know for sure, but a marine would [i]probably[/i] win.

Realistically a spacemarine would destroy master chief. I'm more of a halo fan but come on now.......it's a freakin spacemarine. Master chief doesn't stand a chance in hell

Assuming 40k, then on average the Space Marine would win. Chief could potentially get lucky against some, but not likely. If we're talking any of the Veteran Sergeants, Chaplains, Librarians, or Captains, then Master Chief would get mercilessly slaughtered.
