Reskinning a few guns, regurgitating old gear to a new light level, or fixing some aspects of the economy; is certainly nothing to unzip Bungie's pants over. The reality is, we have been starved for content for so long, anything new looks awesome.

  • If that's the view you want to see it.

  • Personally, I'm going to refrain my judgment until the House of Wolves is released. I'm not going to lie, I am excited about it. But in that same aspect, I don't want to build my hopes up to have them brutally crushed, when I breeze through all the new content in a mere weekend. Bungie is tasked to offer a lot to the table, especially with their decision to scrap the raid; we'll see what is in store.

  • I see your point. But they never promised a raid. We just expected one. Even still. I m just being positive about how.

  • My opinion about the raid: Outside the data mined references that admittedly displayed a written promise for a raid, with the House of Wolves expansion; the entire gaming community expected that raid, all the way from your noteworthy game publication magazines to some naive 10 year old. With those customer expectations, it is up to the product supplier to live up to that standard, or at least that's a normalcy in any free market system. Whether Bungie renegotiated a written agreement is a debate that can go back and forth over multiple threads, but the fact still remains that they certainly scared their player and critic support with this dire announcement. In the unforgiving gaming world, this is total blasphemy; where only a strong showing will feed those past transgressions. The ball is in their hands, with only seconds on the clock.

  • I believe they will put out a raid when it is ready. I want them to take their time with raids so we don't end up with another crota.

  • totally agree. let them take their time and give us a raid like Vault of glass. I never played it after TDB dropped, I only got the gorgon chests from friend but now I play vog before I start doing CE
