The point of this is how Christians in other countries have to meet in secret because they are persecuted. We study for 6 hours straight with people all across the globe and raise awareness of the Christians I mention before.

I don't think people should be supported or allowed to broadcast their ideas if it is directly contrary to common knowledge. It's a hindrance. Imagine going to a school somewhere and being taught incorrect information. How could you conduct yourself in the world? How would you feel about your investment afterward? It would be horrible. What is one rule of science? There are always new and improving theories which means nothing is actually PROVEN to be correct if scientists still have to search for another reason. Stop saying science is CORRECT if you are still searching for the answer.

In science [b]everything[/b] is proven, several times by different people from different cultures all over the world who reach a consensus on what the outcome is. That's the point. Science is constantly being checked and proofed and improved by people who share this planet and want to see it, and its people as the human race grow to its fullest potential. The fact that it is incomplete allows for that growth, the pursuit of knowledge, and the growth of humanity. If God has all the answers, we stop looking for them. If it weren't for all the "heretics" studying the sciences, we'd all still have dirt floors.

Ok, if you're referencing my school comparison, maybe I should have elaborated and said, "information that hadn't been updated in [i]even 100[/i] years, or 50, much less several thousand such as the information in most religious literature." I would say that not only is it incorrect, it stopped seeking to correct itself long ago. And if you no longer pursue the truth, and become complacent in your beliefs, you fail. If it weren't for science you'd still think it rains because God's angry/pleased.

And we know the grass is green. We've known that for over 100 years yet you see no reason to try and correct it. I see creation everywhere. You know that the clouds are white and the sky is blue. We've known that forever yet you don't need to correct it.

Do scientists still research the color of the sky? If not then there is no reason to assume they aren't correct. Why does the creation of the universe still have to be updated if these things don't?

They are updated. All the time. Because we are constantly gain more information, and applying it to old problems. You think we stopped monitoring our atmosphere once we figured out what about it made the sky a particular color? At the very least you realize they use new tech to close 20 year old crime cases, so this must extrapolate to actual science? (Not using this as my basis of information of course, just an example)

What does rain have to do with the creation of the world? Christianity does not say "believe everything is a sign." Just because it rains does not mean a single thing other than the seasons are changing.

Creation proved itself wrong by not attempting to prove itself correct. You cannot say evolution is wrong just because we have not documented every possible form of it. There is a pursuit of the answer. In creation theory the answer is assumed and untested, and thus can hardly even be called a theory.

Untested? I have a house. It obviously did not create itself. There has to be a builder If something as simple as a house has to have a builder then how can something as complex as the universe create itself from nothing? Personally i don't believe that something can appear from nothing and i don't believe that something natural (the particles used to create everything in exisistence) can just always be there waiting to react at the right time. I believe the spiritual has the power to be somewhere forever and has the power to create something beautiful.

Whatever you say man. I'm sorry the primitive human mental constructs are so prevalent in your self awareness. "Oh that exists, someone must have made it." Is not a hypothesis, or a fact, it's barely even a thought. Eventually you will understand that not everything is a construct simulated or otherwise, it is just happening. I started to type out a few different explanations, but I don't care. If you can't grasp that the laws of physics don't care about how we think things should be, then I can't help you over the bungie.net forums.
