It's not just the UK. But what do you expect after all the broken games late last year, rip-off DLC added to bare-bones content, and the dearth of day-one patches? The industry only has its greedy self to blame

Dont need to pre-order unless you want the free shiiit. Digital download 1st day. Then again, if your gonna buy it, and we all know, we're gonna, I don't see the damage. How many times have we seen reviews, only to say "screw it" and buy anyways? We funny like dat.

Never bought a bad game?
hint: DESTINY
Edited by MightyJonE: 4/24/2015 11:54:24 PMNot bought a bad game if it had bad reviews, no But 2 things about destiny: 1/ I played the beta and that made me decide to buy it, and 2/ there were no day one reviews of destiny. Little did we know that the beta was pretty much almost all the finished game had to offer Moreover, I wouldn't say destiny is a bad game. It's merely OK, but a deeply flawed game, largely due to its thin content and perfunctory "story" And then there's the overpriced DLC masquerading as "expansions"......

Destiny: the best 7/10 you'll ever play
Destiny: the best 7/10 you'll ever play
Maybe 6/10. It's enhanced alot by the social aspect, as all such games are. Maybe without that, it's 5/10

Yeah played the beta and said "holy crap, the whole game is gonna be fantastic" and then found out the beta was the game. Looks beautiful, great mechanics, but the grind, random rewards, PvP net code problems, lack of fixing anything, makes it suck. (Imo) never bought halo 4 cuz everybody I knew said it sucked, too much like cod. Played it in mcc, and I like it. Story, mp, all.

I agree with everything you say about destiny. Halo 4 got good reviews, though, despite some fans disliking it But I stopped playing halo 4 after about 3 hours. I've played halo since the very first game was released, and realised that after 10 years, I was done. Some games are of their time, then it's time to move on
