A Need, Greed or Pass System would be best personally! If someone already owns the exotic they can't 'need' it, only 'greed' it!

Not a Neverwinter Concept. Its a common MMO loot system, worked in World of Warcraft for years on end!

It works there cause not a fast fps style game. Also a shitty way to implement. How do you judge 1 per char or 1 per account? Would Be great to do a nightfall and have 1 guy get all 3 drops on need and 2 people get np drops cause already have.
