It seems like you have a high impact scout rifle sir. I do not agree with this as this is 1337 HAX and is a punishable offense with the charge being "generating too many guardian tears." I advise you don't use it in the crucible or I will have Shaxx sick you [spoiler]good gun though, no lie. I have a fusion rifle with very similar perks on it as well[/spoiler]
