In previous souls games I had a boss that would take me more tries than I'd like to admit, and in being so difficult for me that boss would usually become my favorite for that game. In DS1 that boss was Artorias. In DS2 it was the Ancient Dragon.
I've beaten every boss in Bloodborne with very little difficulty, nothing in comparison to the amount of tries it took for several bosses in Dark Souls. Despite not having any boss that was difficult enough for me to consider my favorite, most bosses are still pretty fun. I really like the variety in bosses. I'm very used to a single very fast or tanky boss type, so I didn't enjoy Ebrietas, Blood Starved Beast, or Amelia very much. However I liked bosses like Micolash and Rom which differed heavily from a single enemy boss fight.
Because of that I'd say Rom is probably my favorite, he's given me very little trouble every time I've fought him, but I love the intelligent design of the fight. How the spiders heads are all less vulnerable so they form a wall around Rom and all face towards you is really cool, it's like the boss is using a legitimate strategy. His move set also works really well designed to deal with the different ways players will come at him.
So now that my thoughts are out of the way, what was your favorite boss?

Abhorrent beast from the chalice dungeons was the only real fight that took me time and time again.
