Dumbest reason a teacher got mad at you?
My 11th grade English teacher got mad at me for saying "goddamn". Threatened to call my parenys about it. Told her to go for it.

Edit: I find it funny that new posts tend to start around the time schools let out.
Edit 2: I have to admit I never expected this to get so big.

5 RepliesSeriously happened Playing skyrim on my laptop in class. Was done with school work for like 2 weeks in that class. Teacher was pissed. Called the principal. What she didn't know was my father was the navy recruiter who frequently came to the school. And gave our principal free pencils and shiz.. Principal laughs.. asks me to play. Literally plays skyrim on my pc to piss her off. Walks out. I keep playing.

2 RepliesI was a substitute working in a 2nd grade class, and I had cut 'math time' short and started playing and trading Pokemon with the kids. A teacher came by and saw us with our Pokemon cards out, she told the principle and afterwards I was warned and I was not allowed to play again. I casually made a remark on her looks and she said she was married, and gave me a very sly and conspicuous look.

Got another one- not me but my older brother. When my brother was in 8th grade, he had ADHD, like, bad. Principal and Counselors said itd be a miracle if he even graduated without a special needs thing on his graduation certificate (which means absolutely no chance of college, he ended up graduating regularly and went to college, got a scholarship playing football even) Anyways, there was one teacher who totally had it out for him. In all his classes he got C's as B's except one class where he had an F. He has a parent/child/all his teachers/principal conference and the teacher who hated him was like 'he is an absolute mockery of my class, he never pays attention and never does anything i know he can, he never does any of his homework and when he does i can see he puts absolute 0 effort into it, so of course i have to give him the grade he has.' A very supportive teacher that he had speaks up 'um... You didnt describe Ben (his name) at all. In fact he is the exact opposite from everything i see, of course because of his ADHD he can't focus very well but i see it in him he is trying. And about the homework? I dont have a single non-turned in assignment from him. Here ill even prove it, Ben please get your backpack and show us the last couple of assignments that were graded and given back' He pulls out the assignments dating back to a month ago. Every single one completed, graded, and looked as if a lot of time and effort went into each one Long story short, teacher who had it out for him was fired, he graduated high school and got a 4 year degree in college.

3 RepliesI'm in 11th grade and this happened near the end of the year close to exams. So usual History lesson. I walk in, unpack my stuff, etc. Say hi to my teacher and she says hi back. I'm one of the best students in the class so she respects me. Then suddenly the other history teacher calls me and says he wants to talk. He isn't my teacher but he's the head of the department at my school. He proceeds to shout at me for no reason and said I'll get a B for my exams whereas my teacher predicted me an A*. I got a bit confused and ask him what's going on. He said my Controlled Assessment was bad and I don't try as hard in lessons. I get slightly pissed and say to him how does he know how I perform in lessons when he's not my teacher, but being the -blam!-ing asshole he is, he doesn't answer back and said I'll get a B. I then say to his ugly face "You're not my teacher, your opinion is irrelevant, so please. Stop wasting my time." I swear to God he erupted after that, then I walk away back into my classroom and a deputy head came out of the staff room to calm his salty ass. Next week, my teacher tells me I got 46/50 for my Controlled Assessment. I then go to the other teachers room and show him my grade and he quietly mutters "I'm sorry." Suck my dick bish.

My teacher got ticked at me because halfway through the second semester i did absolutely NOTHING except show up to class and take the tests I found out halfway thru that second semester homework only counts for 10% of your grade and 90% on tests/quizzes... I had 40+ missing assignments at the end of the year

I was nearly expelled for making a video. It was an MLG parody of a bunch of inside jokes with my friends. It did include one of our favorite teachers. First, I got called into the Deputy's office where I promptly apologized and promised to take it down. (Someone another on me to the school). The teacher and the Deputy were really chill. In come "Dr. Feelings." Well she flips her shit like a monkey Jew. She takes everything as offensive. She sends me home. (BTW THIS IS THE FRIDAY BEFORE FINALS WEEK) I come in Monday and turns out they made a descision over the weekend without anyone talking to me. So my parents gulp shot in her face and threaten to sue and get a lawyer. Dad spends hours poring over school manuscripts regarding expulsion. Well, everytime my dad disproved their reason for expelling me, they changed the reason. Well a grueling two weeks and we finally clear everything up... and I'm allowed back. Everyone I talked to said the video was hilarious and and only a TINY bit offensive. My father also spoke for weeks against my school on his radio show. All in all the school -blam!-ed up any chance of expelling me when they disregarded district policy on expulsions. Plus the video was a hit for its intended audience. My legacy of high school right there.

I remember in Grade 6 when my friend got in trouble for saying "Walk and talk is boring! The field is wet and staying inside is more fun!" Principal sent him to the office for thinking he was giving an attitude lmao

So i got up and bite the sneaker one more time before i threw it away but she saw me and she got me into an inschool suspension... the suspesion paper said that i was being disrespectful and not doing what my teacher told me to do.
