Hello!
The mythical Gjallarhorn, like most (if not all) loot drops are tied to the RNG looting system. This means rewards are entirely random. Players who clocked 100 hours and players who clocked 1000 hours still have the same chance at the same loot. You simply have to keep playing, I'm sure it will drop soon!

I had no idea what it was so it just sat in my stash forever (why would I ever want an exotic rocket launcher anyway when I got my Suros right?) lol it was a while before I upgraded it and found out why I should have been using it the whole time
