So I raided with a squeaker last night.
Joined a group last night to run VOG on hard. We are waiting on the last guy and behold its a squeaker. Now I am not biased against players due to age. Age does not determine skill.
So the leader takes us in and everything is going smoothly... Then it starts. I swapped my gloves over to a pair with hand cannon loader and dropped to 31. Almost immediately I hear kick him, kick the 31 he wants to be carried. Never mind he [b]is a 31[/b]. I told him light level does not matter in VOG Hard as long as your 30. He says it does and still says kick me. The leader tells him to shut up. So we get to confluxes and he dies right away. He says that no one is shooting the templar so that is why he died.
I explained that the Templar is immune when the shield is up. He tells me that he got sword breaker from him by killing him with the shield up.... [spoiler]WTF[/spoiler]
Then when we get to the Gorgon chest he got gjallahorn.... After being dead most of the raid. I know I know rng blah blah it still sucked
Edit: some humorous responses, many agree squeakers suck. Now I've got a question, who is the best player you've raided with? [spoiler]Not including yourself lol [/spoiler]

I don't play with squeakers because I am a middle school teacher and know that some of my students play the game.

Not a destiny story but I though it was worth mentioning. I was playing CS:GO last month on comp, got match made with a team with no mics except for me. 1 minute into warm up I see in chat [i]squeaker has joined terrorist force[/i] At first I think 'oh good someone with a mic so we can call strats', oh how wrong I was. So warm up ends and we are starting round one. I realize that the kids Ping is over 800. I casually point it out and we move on with the round. (I'm calling strats since no one has a mic). We are rushing onto bomb site and I'm calling out enemy locations but eventually we all get taken out. It's then that I realize the squeaker is in spawn shooting at a wall. I ask him what he is doing and he tells me that it's not worth playing with his ping at 800. I tell him it is and he just tells me to shut up. By this time there are only 10 seconds on the clock so I tell him to save his money for the next round. But for some reason he decides to rush down middle shooting in the air and gets killed. Many rounds of team killing, blocking, and yelling on the mic later it is the final round, there is no way we are winning this game so I just say "good game" to my team and wait, I have a plan to ruin the speakers day. The round goes on as normal with squeaker doing team damage and waiting in spawn as we all get killed (keep in mind I'm carrying the team while he is bottom of the scoreboard) and squeaker loots our body's for the best weapon to use meanwhile telling us all how he is going to clutch ace this round. So he makes his way to the bomb site while I'm in the menus hovering over 'vote to kik squeaker' right as he is lining up for the shot I click it and he gets confused. He dies and the game is over, but not before the rest of my team all vote Yes to kik him. Right as he is talking about how good he did and all the XP he will get he gets kiked. No rewards for him. It felt good.

I'm only ever doing a raid again if it's with a squeaker, they're the only funny ones on Recruitment posts and LFG, don't care for their voice.

I have a few friends on PSN who are still squeakers.. I don't judge people due to age, as that doesn't determine anything in game. It's really simple for me, if you're annoying, then I'm not gonna friend you. That goes to all ages.

I raid and do nightfalls etc regularly (ish) with: A (what seems like) a young adult from America. A not-so-squeaky squeaker from England. And The not-so-squeaky's brother. I myself am a 16 y.o. from Ireland. We all get along really well.

However immediately after it starts saying for him [i]Contacting Destiny Servers[/i], so me being evil said "Bro that weapon is cursed, if you don't dismantle it your account is going to be hacked and you will never be able to play destiny again! Dismantle it now, hurry! 3 seconds later chat says [i]Dumbass found an exotic shard[/i] He then said its still saying contacting destiny servers! I then told him to dismantle more exotics for they must be cursed. The chat was spammed with [i]Dumbass found an exotic shard[/i] Once he dismantled 8 or so exotic weapons or armor, me and my friend started laughing our asses off and left the game. That was a good day Edit: So much butthurt... I love it Edit 2: Just filled up a second glass of salty tears Edit 3: Ayy lmao people are beginning to think I made it up because they believe kids can't be this stupid

I've gotten all exotics so don't care about who gets what but this is a story which occurred a few months back. I think it was April. I was running a VoG raid on a Saturday and picked up a team. One of the kids was literally a child. He sounded like 7 or 8. He was a bit immature. Shooting at us when we were shooting oracles which messed up our aim and caused us to wipe. Leader threatened to kick him if that happened again. Then we eventually made it through. Then Templar was a breeze. We got to exotic chest. That kid got a Gjallarhorn but he didn't even know what it was. We all told him it was a terrible exotic and it's not worth keeping. Turns out, he dismantled it. We all fell in silence, muted that kid and laughed then agreed to carry on and unmute him. We pass gatekeepers and stuff and then on Atheon, that same kid gets a frickin Hawkmoon. We say the same thing and that idiot dismantled that as well. We all left and just couldn't stop laughing afterwards. Never have I felt worse whilst playing a game. I feel sorry for that kid. Then again, he shouldn't really be playing Destiny.

I keep saying it, but that's the reason why I only raid with friends. If we ever picked up a squeaker, or any player for that matter, that acts that stupid or mouths-off, they would be kicked immediately.

I've played with a couple recently, and they were no trouble. One didn't seem like the best player, but he also seemed pretty new, so nothing wrong with that. But yes, there certainly is potential for badness. Ah, the times I had back on MW2...

Best player I've raided with was someone who sadly stopped playing after TDB, he was a 30 who didn't mind us being 29. Friendly, high skill and loved a joke. What more do you want
