I hate XUR. He ruins PVP
I'm not looking forward to the iron banner. Hell I might even go back to playing titanfall fort a while until people get tired of using the last word.
I think the exotic weapons you get from Xur should have one less perk, compared to the people that "earned" them.
Don't come at me with "Oh, but I did earn it! I worked hard for the strange coins." My response to that is. ..no..no you didn't. You could have easily been CARRIED through the weekly heroic strikes. You could have had a Bunch saved up from decoding engrams, doing public events. .etc.
The people that EARNED their exotics should have the better of the two. We grinded week after week in hopes of obtaining that of which we seek. We did our nightfalls, we did six runs of crota each week, we got the gorgon chest on our characters, We played countless Vanguard ROC strikes and we played countless amounts of PVP matches and when we FINALLY get it, We feel great...people who "xurn" stuff can't say they earned it. It fell into their lap.

1 - Yes, you can be carried through the weekly heroic to earn strange coins. But can't you also be carried through raids to earn drops? (I am not a raider, going by what I read here.) 2 - Why is it a problem if you go up against people in Crucible who have the same weapon as you? Do you want to win because you have better equipment as opposed to winning because you have more skill? Why even play the game if you want the outcome to be predetermined?

I remember the first time he sold it... everyone was losing their feces over it as well. Back then we didn't have matchmaking or a fully loaded friends list of other destiny players to join for weeklies. I soloed the weekly on my one character for about a month on the hardest setting to earn the strange coins (I also passed on the truth the week before) to buy the gun. It's my 300 version I barely ever used on my Titan. I'm upgrading it right now.

I got my Hawkmoon by getting carried through a RoC strike and staying long enough to collect the random drop at the end. I got my Monte Carlo by getting my ass handed to me in Iron Banner, making my team lose, and then getting the best reward out of everyone. Nah, wait. I know I got all that due to my mad skillz. He's sold TLW something like 4 times now, and you're lucky if one guy per side uses one in PVP. It's not gonna ruin anything. TLW takes time to get used to (and not to mention level up), and most people will switch back to whatever gun they usually use rather than take the time to master using it.

To clarify since people can't seem to read (don't think this will make sense to the sheep) he has bought stuff from Xur, but never said he earned them from buying them. As for PvP being ruined, well it was already ruined by people running around with thorn, last word, and cockmoon. So now the scrubs who didn't have an OP weapon will now have an OP weapon. Bungie talked about TTK or Time to kill in Destiny and that's how we got the auto rifle nerfs. Buy now I can sit there and shoot at someone with anything only to get 2 shot by cockmoon or instantly 3 shot by last word. There is a balancing issue. I'm ready for all the butthurt with people trying to say that these guns are not OP and take skill. Well they don't. GG Desticles. Have a good day.
