If anyone has been playing this game since launch, then they would remember that VoG did not drop with the full Destiny game. We got it a week after the release. Even with that time taken to work normal mode, VoG had it's fair share of issues. They even stated in the announcement they were humbled by the experience. What's to say that they are simply taking apart the raid they had planned because it seemed to similar to what we have already seen?
Now just because Bungie states that a raid will not be released with HoW and there will be one later this year (read later not end of ), does not mean we will have to pay for it. Bungie has done no microtransactions in the game thus far. Why would they start now? Just be patient people. They've delivered on almost every major request that the community has had in the 8 months the game has been out. I for one still have faith in Bungie. We know this release will make or break the game for a lot of people. So just wait.

This is just not accurate. The VOG raid was sold as part of the day one release and they told us up front they unlock it after a week or two. Their purpose was to allow everyone to have a chance to level up to try the raid right when it was unlocked. The way their wording sound for HOW is pretty much allowing them to release it as part of a separate paid for dlc (comet).

We are getting all of HOW at release. Any further raids will be a part of further Destiny content sold later on unless they decide to give us the raid for free out of the kindness of their hearts (lol). Even [b][i][u]IF[/u][/i][/b] they were to give it away for free, it won't be a part of HOW. It will just be a separate raid they gave us for free.

If it were a raid released later in the year before the proposed Comet expansion, then it would technically be part of a HoW update. It doesn't need to be labeled as such to be. And if it were labeled as a different non-HoW raid, then I'm not sure I see the problem with free content. The only issues here would be if it were to be with the Comet release as many are speculating, wasn't free, or simply wasn't going happen.

I'm not talking bullshit like the queen's bounties but actual content as in strikes or raids. You paid for VoG, it wasn't given away. You're basing your argument on the bias that the are a kind, sweet hearted company rather than a company that is working with Activision, who never gives shit away for free. Agree to disagree, but don't pass off information as though it's factual when it's very open to interpretation.
