In the video above the the guy playing had the bad connect not the guy he couldn't kill haha. Go to the end of the video and you can see his PSN tag with a red bar next to it. If you have that problem it's probably your connection.

Thanks for the answer but my connection would be most people wrong he would harm me, get out of the game, and he was the only one that i was about to beat it and disappeared

Well your connection was shit during that match hahahaha. Maybe it's good most of the time like mine but we all have issues at one time or another. In the video above your connection sucked and that would be why you couldn't kill the guy in the end.
