What's Aim Assist....?

If there was an option for aim assistance (on/off) what would you set it to?

  • I'm pro choice on that. However I turned it off on battlefield. Got slaughtered, but I'm sure with practice I'll get better. I know how you feel though the aim assist fails me too when another enemy runs in front of the one I'm shooting.

  • I honestly think it would be better for the community to learn to aim without the assist. It would perfect their own personal sensitivity and aim with the game. I'm taking the examples that Killzone: Shadowfall did with their aiming. I know it's a different game but it has some pretty good examples. Like for instance, I was at a friends house excited to play the new Killzone because I always wondered what a FPS would be like without aim assist. It turns out to be a great thing! The game makes you adjust your own sensitivity (of course) then with that, you would practice your aim until you feel like perfected it. No aim assists that would hit random areas of the target. Getting killed by aim assists. Overall, just turn off aim assists (I wish).

  • I have a 2.0+ k/D, no help to aim-assist, it is annoying as hell, dragging my cross-hairs away from an enemy that I am shooting at all because an oblivious enemy has run past my sights.

    • after running the poll for a month and a half the masses (kinda) have spoken... 24 players said they dont mind the "feature" 29 players would turn it off for good 14 dont know what im talking about So, 96 people were asked... 30% would want this option simply to turn it off, 25% would leave it on and 14% dont care. It drives ME nuts, @bungiedev, can i please turn it off??? DKDNinja420- MROW III (thanks for the feedback btw :] )
