In previous souls games I had a boss that would take me more tries than I'd like to admit, and in being so difficult for me that boss would usually become my favorite for that game. In DS1 that boss was Artorias. In DS2 it was the Ancient Dragon.
I've beaten every boss in Bloodborne with very little difficulty, nothing in comparison to the amount of tries it took for several bosses in Dark Souls. Despite not having any boss that was difficult enough for me to consider my favorite, most bosses are still pretty fun. I really like the variety in bosses. I'm very used to a single very fast or tanky boss type, so I didn't enjoy Ebrietas, Blood Starved Beast, or Amelia very much. However I liked bosses like Micolash and Rom which differed heavily from a single enemy boss fight.
Because of that I'd say Rom is probably my favorite, he's given me very little trouble every time I've fought him, but I love the intelligent design of the fight. How the spiders heads are all less vulnerable so they form a wall around Rom and all face towards you is really cool, it's like the boss is using a legitimate strategy. His move set also works really well designed to deal with the different ways players will come at him.
So now that my thoughts are out of the way, what was your favorite boss?

Toss up between Rom, Ebrietas, and the Shadow of Yharnam.
-
Papa G.

Gherman, The First Hunter. I know he's kind of OP for some people, but I just like that boss soooo much. :)
-
So far, I'd have to say the undead giant that has a sword arm, a mace arm and the chains with balls on his back. Man was that fight hard but so fun.
-
I have to say, the moon presence was my favorite. He/she/it looks badass, was tough as hell to beat, and was VERY challenging to beat. (Challenging in the GOOD way though!)
-
First run through cleric beast and father g gave me the most hard time. After that every boss was 1-2 tries. Re ran through it and beat cleric beast first try at level 10 lol
-
If you dont like amelia whyd you post a gif of her
-
I like the hunter fights more. So I guess as far as bosses go. Father gascoin (how ever you spell it. There was a second g in there some where)
-
Anybody wanna co-op with me? I'm lvl 146 so I can't find anybody lol I've never been able to team up before
-
Watchdog of the old lords, I want her as a pet
-
Abhorrent beast from the chalice dungeons was the only real fight that took me time and time again.
-
On new game plus I would have to say shadows of that am them mofos f your world up in solo
-
Blood letting beast has been the first boss in the game to give me a run for my money
-
Shameless bump

Edited by fredoxbands: 4/8/2015 5:19:52 PMCleric beast simply for the music and father g for the fast paced, in your face action lol Edit: I also enjoyed blood starved beast cause of the poison and damage over time mechanic he had

Have you beaten the Bloodletting Beast yet?
