I didn't read all that but one piece that needs corrected: no benefit to running VoG on normal then hard. Just run it on hard and get double drops.

No, I have beat it on normal then hard every week for months and a couple of times I got PaT from the norm chest, Red Death from Atheon then two more exotics from hard mode later on in the week.
