What would be the difference between diamanté lobby them and selling them to the vendors (and I do know what venders are) ?

I think what he is trying to say is that itd be better to e able to sell them to vendors for more glimmer than materials then just dismantling. Its good in theory but would also make a lot of stuff to be changed.
