Is the VOC still a serviceable Scout?
I use scouts primarily and use the mida and badger. Is Voc still with the 300 rating a useful tool or a Solar burn nightfall and weekly tool? Field scout or Perfect balance too ? thanks as always

Yes. Especially when going up against solar shielded enemies. The impact still knocks back enemies as well. Usually need maybe one more bullet than other scouts, but completely useful. HoW may end that though...
