Many people only care about rewards. That's the same reason you see everyone boost straight to the bosses as quick as possible in roc strikes. I play for the fun, not as fast as I can to get the most rewards in the quickest time. That just makes It feel like a job.

A boring job at that. You can hear it in people's voices when you raid just how they treat it. Ever heard someone sigh constantly? That's a sure sign they've forgotten to play for fun and are treating it like something that [i]HAS[/i] to be done.

Exactly. It's all become about the rewards for the majority of people. They've forgotten that this is a fantastic shooter. Remember the days of halo? We would sit for hours and play death match against friends, you didn't get anything out of it, it was just a really fun way to pass the time. And that was enough. Destiny is also a really fun way to pass the time, but people are just so focused on that carrot on a stick to remember to have fun.
