I was going to comment with skepticism towards you. However, in your opinion, you are correct. Similarly, I would say anyone with Thorn or Bad Juju near the top of their list is wrong. To me they aren't worthy of my exotic slot but to others the Nova bomb spamming and damage over time is invaluable.
