Why hate on the Necrochasm?
I get that nerffed auto rifles but this gun is amazing to me still. Getting headshots and watching everyone die in the explosion of an Exploding Thrall is sick! Just curious why people don't like it or do like it? Comment opinions below!

I don't like it because it sucks badly. It's damage is underwhelming. Regular legendaries outperform this gun all day. Even on arc burn, fang of Ir Yut is 10x better, and it frees up the exotic.

Now go to crucible and competitively play against players who shoot to kill. Necro casm fails in every way. Head shot with a vex = 41 Head shot with the necro? = 14 This gun is a waste of vault space

2 RepliesI think a full clip on necro with arc burn against regular enemies does a total of like 22k damage and fate bringer does over 40k damage.

Currently lvling the husk. Good to here feedback that isnt bashing. I get it might not be amazibg for everything but it still sounds fun. Besides based on these forums i would hate autos when in fact i still use my Up For Anything in raid and nightfall abd it drops things still.

6 RepliesTried it for a bit on nightfall.. seems like you stand there and unload clip after clip without killing anyone.. huge assists but no kills.. a little more impact or something.. exploding thrall perk is cool but see my first thought.. cool on patrol.. but so are the other 20 exotics and alot more legendary.. it just seems like its missing something.. i will try it on the weekly this time but pretty sure it will be similiar results.. im happy you like it though but to me its just not worth anything other than bragging rights and grimoire score.. lots or hype but no follow through.

5 RepliesBecause it sucks. Its low impact means that it is only usefull in low level activities like Patrols or low level strikes. Once you get into the higher level stuff, like Raids or Nightfalls it is pointless to use, even with an Arc Burn. The enemies take too many shots.
