I cant get anything better
Im a level 24 warlock and I don't gave enough glimmer/motes/coins to get anywheres and it's taking forever

I'd suggest running strikes and playing crucible while completing bounties to reach rank 3, from there you can buy legendary armour which can get you to level 31. It requires ascendant materials which can be aquired from the daily missions or running the Vault of Glass raid or public events. All I can say really.
