I'm horrible at speaking in presentations too. Absolutely hate it. Worst thing ever ;_;
And when it comes to uni work... I'm very... Methodical. I guess? I plan out things I need to do and break it all down into small segments. My advice would be to never focus on the mountain of work that needs to be done. Just the small manageable 'segments'. Seems like an obvious thing but it really helps you from feeling overwhelmed
also I never JUST do essays and whatnot. I'm usually watching movies or browsing forums or whatever in the background. Sure things take a bit longerrrrr but I can work like that for hours and hours
Wow, I didn't see this. Yeah, it really is the worst thing ever and I would wager that the students in my class are more knowledgeable about philosophy than me, haha. You see the thing is if you do that, you lose thought in your work and it eventually becomes cumbersome. I highly recommend changing the way you study! I do take breaks but not many. Nietzsche is so interesting to write about but he is quite contradictory at times ;_;
