Ok, so there are 9 weapon types, right? Hand cannons, Scout rifles, auto rifles, pulse rifles, shotguns, snipers, fusion rifles, Machine guns, and rocket launchers. There are also 3 elemental damage types, arc, solar, and void. In vog we had 3 weapons of each type. Arc hand cannon, pulse rifle, and shotgun. Solar scout rifle, fusion rifle, and rocket launcher. Void auto rifle, sniper rifle, and machine gun. In crotas end, the balance has been shifted. There are 4 arc weapons, 3 solar, and 2 void. Can anyone figure out a reason for this? I feel like void weapons are the most sought after, considering its the only damage type used to complete a bounty (thorn). Why has bungie forsaken the purple? Is it not good enough anymore?
