Why's that?

The MIDA's exotic perk provides increased movement speed. And it's a weapon with an excellent scope. Compared with the dance machines exotic perk of faster movement while ADS lets you keep a very fast run while aiming. Thus being very accurate and nimble. It's my favorite set up for PvP.
