I'm an older gamer (48), and just started the game a couple months ago and have taken my time leveling up my characters, farming materials and looking for decent weapons (and leveling those up.) I've also been doing steadily harder content - progressing through the story, then The Dark Below and the different strikes up to ROC's, and just did my first Nightfall last week. I generally play solo outside of when the game sets up matchmaking and don't use a mic, but I guess I'm willing to in a raid since communication seems pretty critical. I'm at 31 on my main now (hunter). I'm feeling ready to do some raids now, and I follow some groups which put together some raid teams so just waiting for the right time to reach out and set it up.
