Everytime i kill a randy with my final round a little circle on the screen appears: " tears collected +1" I rerolled my sniper and invested about 120 motes of light in it till i had the perfect one i wanted.
I'm sorry buddy, but it seems like you are playing with an auto rifle and a shotgun so you can't even touch somebody who is aiming with a sniper for you. Try to switch to a pulse rifle. It gives the sniper an annoying flinch which makes it harder to hit you (but not when they got the anti flinching perk on their speer).

Why would you collect tears by cheesing the game? I would have though Scum points +1

It's simple mathematics. I think Bungie is aware of that because a lot of people use the speer with final round. Felli with final round is much worse, because u only reload one bullet and not the whole mag. Btw there is a sniper you can drop from strikes with nearly the exact same stats like the speer. Grind fot it and hope that you get one with final round and you can one hit randys too.
