It's defiantly an annoying weapon. Overpowered? I'd say it's pretty close but it's manageable. But I agree when you say it's too common. That bounty isn't easy. I did it the hard way before the VoG came out with Atheon's Epilogue. The reason why it's in the hands of Crucible noobs have it is because they boosted for it. When people say "I earned it!!" I have no idea if you actually did it legit or if you boosted since boosting for this bounty is more common than doing it legitimately, which disgusts me because [u]if you boosted for this gun, you don't deserve to hold it.[/u]
