Tired of wearing faction class items.
Yes I still want the rep but it's rather quite boring to keep wearing the same class items. There should be an alternative way to set your allegiance, allowing you to wear all class items.

It fits my shader, ship and weapons. I'm cool with it.

2 RepliesThat would be like the U.S. army not wearing the flag or a Walmart greeter not wearing the bib. It tells your allegiances. Maybe a better idea would be to have several possibilities or a changed look every 5-10 levels just like the army

I just put mine on when I turn in bounties. Patrol rep just goes to the Vanguard and Crucible match rep goes to the Crucible. Might get something nice from them while I level DO for Bittersteel.

I think it should be the emblem and or shader and or ship and the one you equipped first gives you the rep for that faction so you can wear whatever you want and it tells you what faction is active in your menu.

6 RepliesNo it should be once you choose a faction that's it. You are with them for ever. Then there are faction wars and we compete. in pvp you fight along with your faction. In pve you conquer land for your faction. Each one increases your factions influence or reputation. Thus giving us something to fight for. # Fwc4lyfe

100% maybe make emblems earn faction rep? So sick of having awesome looking class items but never wearing them

Would rather just a toggle, maybe as part of the rep display drop down, just let me click one to select it!

i think the factions should be more than just another way to get armor they should have their own missions and you should be locked in the faction until you beat all the missions and such

It would be nice to have the same system as Iron Banner. Why can't i gain rep by wearing a shader or emblem? Why does it have to be a class item.

Or different styles of armor. Why do they have the stupid reset time for items but it never changes!!

it should be like with Iron Banner, the shader, the emblem, the class item all help boost faction rep. And when on patrol all the missions are from a faction they should give you a bouns when you are rocking class items and do that factions mission, not a bunch but like 18 instead of 12 or 36 instead of 31

Completely agree. I've bought most of the speaker cloaks but I'm focusing on my factions and forget to switch capes when getting rep.

Bump. Should make it emblems instead of class items. Far too little customizing already. Making us all wear faction items makes it even worse.

I think it would be fair to just mark your armor, that way you wear what you want but still rep your fam.

There should be an option via dialogue that confirms your devotion to each faction so you don't have to rep a class item. Just walk over to whichever you want at the time, confirm, then go about your business. Not being able to wear my speaker item except when raiding is a bummer.

Like Iron Banner, all faction cloaks/marks/bonds, shaders and emblems should allow the user to achieve the rep for bounties/strikes. Maybe they don't have to stack, but at least give us different ways to gain the rep bonuses.
